I wish it had come in an unmarked box.

Protection is limited below the cabinet, so inexperienced players hit the wall when they miss.

Service and delivery comments:

I am not impressed with the customer service at Hayneedle. I made a one digit mistake on one of my delivery addresses. I noticed immediately after placing the order, and e-mailed right away to ask that it be changed, only to receive an e-mailed response days later saying they could not do that.

In addition, I ordered this dartboard cabinet as a Christmas gift for my husband and it arrived in a box that gave the entire thing away. The name of it, the brand, a huge picture were all on the outside of the box. Amazon always packs items in their brown boxes and you can revise orders anytime before they are shipped.

I will not be using Hayneedle in the future, and plan to go back to Amazon due to their superior customer service and product delivery.

The price was good, but the cabinet was not assembled well. There were a few dents and scuff marks on the cabinet when i recieved it and the doors did not align (one was higher than the other)
