About DMI Sports, Inc.DMI Sports, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of indoor games, featuring complete lines of billiards, darts, and table tennis equipment. DMI began in 1976 as a manufacturer of professional quality dart equipment and was a dominant force in this market. Today, the company continues to grow. DMI has made three important acquisitions: the Pro Classic Brand of billiards equipment in 1995, the Minnesota Fats (the #1 name in billiards) and Hustler Trademarks in 1997 and the Arachnid Dartboard Company consumer division (the originators of soft-tip darts) in 1999. These acquisitions coupled with key product launches such as the Nodor (the originators of bristle dartboards) steel-tip dart and dartboard line announced in 2000 and the Prince table tennis launch in 1997 have continued to fuel growth. In 2002 DMI itself and through its acquisitions reached the milestones of having sold more than 4 million sets of darts, 2 million dartboards and 2 million pool cues. DMI prides itself on having so many satisfied customers over such a long period of time.
The rich history of Great Britian's famous Nodor dart company stretches all the way back to 1919 when an industrial chemist, Ted Leggatt, invented and then went into business manufacturing "NODOR" modelling clay. It was called Nodor because, unlike its main competitor, it had no odor. As the popularity of darts increased after World War 1, Leggatt began to experiment with Nodor plasticine as a material for possible use in the construction of dartboards. In 1923, the first Nodor plasticine dartboard was marketed. By 1928, brass darts are added to the range of products.Today, Nodor International is the oldest and largest group of companies servicing the darts industry. It owns two flagship dartboard brands (Nodor and the recently acquired Winmau) that are known throughout the world for quality, durability, service, and value for the money. Both brands have a fantastic heritage built on uncompromising attention to detail and use of the best raw materials available. To date, the company has sold nearly 40 million dartboards to over 50 different countries worldwide.

Comments about Nodor Premium Darts (Steel Tip):
I love the weight and grip on these darts. If you prefer a slim design these would not be the darts for you. I prefer a larger grip. I thought the color was more pink from the picture but they are red. I am extremely happy with the darts, including the price [...].

I'm a casual player, so I don't have much to say about their flight pattern or density, but so far they're working well for me. The extra flights and carrying case are great, though my case was slightly broken when it arrived so it doesn't close completely. Other than that, no complaints. Also, these come in a variety of weights but I wasn't able to choose which weight when I purchased them.
I purchased two sets of these darts along with a nice bristle board for use in my office. I was surprised when I discovered that although the two packages were identical, the darts themselves were different weights - one set was 22g and the other 24g. The flights are okay but the shafts tend to bend at the flight and break easily. These are good starter darts for the casual player.
