This is a great dart board for the price. As others stated, it will take a few hours to assemble. It may look hard when you get it but give it time and patience and it can be done. I originally wanted a commercial dart board but with prices in the thousands, I could not afford one. Used commercial dart boards were still expensive. I feel this will give you the closest possible feel to a commercial unit without spending a fortune. As far as bounce outs, I get them but very little. I use my own 16 gram darts with short plastic tips. When I start getting bounce outs I just replace the tips and the darts don't bounce out any more. The darts that come with the board are not good at all. But you are buying the board and not the darts. I recommend you buy your own darts no more than 16 grams. According to the manual it states not to use more than 17 grams. If you are buying this dart board for family fun and not for training or practice purposes then I recommend buying good bar darts. They are usually between 10-14 grams. The board will last a long time this way.Now for the things I did not like. 1) When I got this board I was hoping it would give me an average of my throws like the commercial units do but it does not. 2) The cyber game (this is when you play against the computer) does not follow basic strategy. Basically it will continue to point on you rather than try to open other numbers. Now it will close your open numbers but seems like it will close one on the first round and then point with the other 2 turns even though it has over 100 points on you. (this does not provide you with the same competitive feel as [...]does on the commercial unit)3) It does not count the rounds. So if you are playing against someone, the game continues until the first person closes all the numbers and has more points. ( I am referring to Cricket) I would like to see like a 30 round cap. Or at the very least a show of how many rounds have been played.4) If you are playing a game of cricket and you hit a triple 5 for example, it will announce you hit a triple even though its not one of the numbers needed. Now it will not count it, but says it as if you accomplished a good throw. I think the computer program is basic and does that because all numbers count towards other games that come on the machine.The things I did not like are very minimal. I barely even turn it on unless someone comes over to play. I basically just bought it for practice purposes and if that is your intention then you don't even need to turn it on, just throw darts and practice your numbers.
