Love the board! Many reviews state that it is hard to remove darts....they need to be removed by twisting to the right as you gently pull on them. Unlike standard darts, you can't wiggle them or pull them straight out....they won't come out easily that way!! I agree that the mounting instructions didn't correspond with the mounting holes on the cabinet, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to hang it up! The one complaint that kept me from giving this unit a 5-star rating...the adapter they sent with the board was too big.....would not fit into the port for the power on side of cabinet. Had to have them send the correct one [...] Anyway, it is a great addition to our home that gets frequent use by our family as well as friends!!!

This dartboard was a Christmas gift for our family. It looks great on the wall and is fun to play. Mounting the dartboard was difficult because the directions in the box were not for our model. Some darts get stuck and the tips bend easily. But overall, you pay for what you get. For light recreational use this board is okay.

I would love to play this board. It arrived in a beautiful cabinet and looked great. The dart shelf on the inner door of cabinet was broken. I plugged the board in and "nothing happened". Dartboard didn't work. I looked on the back and noticed two screws missing from the board. I immeadieatly returned the board. It's been more than a week since I returned the board and have not heard from the company about an exchange. I am waiting for a new board in order to either recommend or not recommend.

I really like this dartboard. However, I wouldn't recommend it at this time. The board sound system was broken at the time of delivery. I have called and emailed the manufacturer customer service line several times and gotten ZERO response.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt. Mounting instructions in the manual don't sync with how the thing actually needs to be mounted. I had to locate and manually put back in place two of the bracket screws on the doors of the cabinet because they had fallen out. And the worst thing I'm dealing with: the board sound system was broken when I received the product. I have called and emailed the manufacturer customer service line several times and gotten ZERO response.

I am very happy with this dart board. some darts are a little to hard to remove but other than that
it is a wonderful board. I would buy it again as I have owned one like it in the past and enjoyed it.

It is a lil hard to see the cricket score. And aslo I noticed that the bulseye spin I hope its not just my board. Is that normal. Other than that the darts stick real well
