I received this dart board last week. This is a very nice dart board. I really love it. And you have the option to turn off the sound which I also love. You can play up to 16 players, and everything is really nice. The hardware that came with the dart board was not adequate enough to hang it, so I had to buy my own. And the darts that came with it are very cheap. The shafts weren't cut, so I couldn't get any of the flights in the grooves. But I have my own darts and didn't mind the $3 for the hardware!! I love the board, and that's all that I care about!!

i reccently purchased the Viper Neptune Dart board. the cabinet box is just a vaneer which is peeling and bubbling on both doors. the board itself is ok although the darts dont seem to register with some consistancy. The drywall anchors they sent also did not work with the screws provided, which had to go out and purchase myself.

Ordered board on Sunday afternoon . Paid for 2- day delivery and received Thursday!!!!4 days later!!! Opened up to find doors had scratches on them and doors do not close good or line up. This was for a house warming present and paid good money. Not happy

The first dartboard came in with two different doors installed. Would not close, one door beveled the other was not. It took eight phone calls over three weeks to finally return the item and receive another dart board.
The second dart board was received but still not in great condition. There is a scratch on the inside of one door and the outside of the other. On top of all of this, it was a gift. I have not heard if it will be sent back again
Probably not something to order online if you can find it in a store near you.
